First post here in my spankin new professional website. I intend this website to have two basic purposes…
- I want it to provide a clean commercial platform for my coaching services and any eventual products I might publish for sale. It’ll be a place where potential clients can read up on my services and programs; and to find my contact info.
- I also want to publish loads of free, hopefully high quality, kick-ass content. I’m really stoked to start. I hope that within a few months time, I’ll be able to look through this website and feel like the content quality + quantity is high enough for me to push hard for mass readership. I want to eventually gather readers/viewers from outside my close social network and my Montreal based coaching zone of influence.
That being said, as of right now, I have a lot to talk about. A lot to express. A lot of rants all bottled up (actually, I have a list of about 30 semi-neatly packed topics in a onenote notebook). I also intend on publishing more ‘blog’ type posts; i.e. giving some information more specific to my experiences; be it my progress, sticking points, theories, ideas, stories… whatever. We shall see…
Ever wonder why you get nervous when you contemplate approaching an attractive woman? Why do you get an overwhelming sensation that essentially prevents you from walking over; even when it’s expected from you, like in a bar or club? The semi-technical term for this is ‘approach anxiety’, and like any fear, it can be cured. In this post, I take a stab at explaining a popular theory of where it all comes from…
